Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders placed before 2:00pm EST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, at weekends or on US public holidays go out on the next business day. During launch periods or sales, processing may extend to two business days; the delay is shown on the product page.

• US Standard: $4.95, or free on orders over $49 — 3–5 business days.
• US Express: $12.95 — 1–2 business days.
• Canada: $14.95 — 5–9 business days.
• Rest of world: calculated at checkout — 8–18 business days.

Estimates run from dispatch, not from order placement, and exclude carrier delays outside our control.

Every order ships with tracking. The tracking number is emailed at dispatch and can take up to 12 hours to become active on the carrier's site.

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We can amend an address before dispatch only. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address are refunded minus the outbound shipping cost. We do not ship to freight-forwarding addresses.

International orders may attract import duty, VAT or handling fees on arrival. These are set by your country and are payable by the recipient. We declare the full purchase value on all customs paperwork and cannot mark shipments as gifts.

• Domestic parcels: if tracking has not moved for 7 business days, contact us and we open a carrier investigation.
• International parcels: the same applies after 15 business days.
• Once a parcel is confirmed lost, we reship free of charge or refund in full — your choice.
• Report visible transit damage within 7 days of delivery with photographs.

If part of your order is delayed, we ship the available items immediately and send the remainder at no extra shipping cost. You may cancel any back-ordered line for a full refund at any time before it ships.
