This website is operated by Gadgets Club ("Gadgets Club", "we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in Delaware, United States. By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You confirm that the information you supply at checkout is accurate and complete.

We take care to describe products accurately, including any wattage, capacity and compatibility figures we have measured. Photography is illustrative; minor variations in colour, packaging or revision may occur. Stated compatibility does not guarantee performance with every device configuration.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send a dispatch confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is out of stock, a pricing or description error has occurred, payment is declined, or we suspect fraudulent or resale-for-profit activity. Where we cancel, any amount already charged is refunded in full.

• All prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD).
• Sales tax is applied where required at checkout. Import duties and taxes on international deliveries are the customer's responsibility.
• We accept major debit and credit cards and common digital wallets. Payment is captured at dispatch unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Promotional prices apply for the stated period only and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Delivery timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you supplied. Title passes once payment has cleared in full.

Powered devices carry an 18-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the delivery date; cables and passive accessories carry 12 months. The warranty excludes accidental damage, liquid ingress, unauthorised repair, commercial-scale use and normal cosmetic wear. Warranty claims should be sent to warranty@gadgetsclub.store with the order number and photographs of the fault.

• Do not scrape content, pricing or images for commercial republication.
• Do not submit unlawful, abusive or misleading content through our forms.

All text, product photography, logos and site design are owned by Gadgets Club or licensed to us, and may not be reproduced without written permission. Third-party brand names are the property of their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data or damage to a connected device caused by misuse, third-party adapters or use outside the stated specification. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the moment you place an order governs that order. Material changes will be noted by the "last updated" date above.
